FAQ
Good to know
Do you need water and power from me?
No. The van carries its own water and a battery power station, so we can work at a villa, an office car park or a basement without using your taps or sockets.
How long does it take?
An Express Wash takes about 45 minutes, a Premium Wash about an hour and a half, Interior Detailing about two hours and Full Detailing about three. The app shows the exact time before you book.
Where do you park while you work?
Next to your car. Just tell us the parking spot in the booking — for example "Basement P2, slot 45" — and we find you.
Is it safe for my paint?
Yes. We use pH-neutral, paint-safe products and the two-bucket method, and we never dry-wipe dust off a car. For most washes we work rinseless, which uses a fraction of the water and leaves no run-off.
How do I pay?
You pay in the app when you book, by Apple Pay or card. You get an order number straight away and the price you saw is the price you pay.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Cancel or move a booking from the app, or message us on WhatsApp at 050 550 3338. Please give us as much notice as you can so we can give the slot to someone else.
Do you do buildings and fleets?
Yes. If several cars in one tower or one company book together we come on the same visit, which costs less per car. Message us on WhatsApp and we will plan it.
