What we collect when you book a wash, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name and mobile number, the car you ask us to clean (make, model, colour and plate), the address and parking details where the car is, and the date and time you choose. If you rate a job we keep the rating and any comment you write.

Why we collect it

To arrive at the right car, at the right place, at the right time, and to contact you about that booking. Your number is also how we send you updates on WhatsApp.

Photos

We take before and after photos of your car so you can see the result. They are attached to your booking and are visible to you and to Detailing Lab. We do not publish a photo of your car anywhere else unless you give us permission.

Payment

Payments are handled inside the booking app. We do not store card numbers.

Sharing

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone except the tools we need to run the service, such as our booking app hosting and WhatsApp for messages.

How long we keep it

As long as you are a customer, plus the period we need for our records. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we must keep a record of a paid job.
